Vonage IPO a Total Bust

Apparently when you are an acquisition target, going public isn’t a good idea. Sure, they raised half a billion yesterday, but their image was hurt by the drop in price over their first day. Is anyone stepping up to buy them now? It probably would have been easier before they executed this IPO.

    They only sold 20% of the stock. They can still sell the company whenever they want to for whatever price they want to, and the poor folks who bought at $17 will have to suck it.

    Shall we start the over/under pool for the eventual buyout price? (I’m thinking $2).
