Don Knotts died at age 81. He is going to go down in history for his role as Mr. Furley on “Three’s Company,” but I will always remember him for the movies that I watched when I was a little kid. Specifically, I think of The Apple Dumpling Gang, and The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again, which he did with Tim Conway.
