I just read that Tyra Banks is going undercover as a stripper at a topless club for Wednesday’s edition of The Tyra Banks Show examining why men like seeing girls take their clothes off.
Is it sweeps week? Tell me that Tyra is spinning this as somehow scientific.

Infinity Broadcasting Suing Howard Stern for $500 Million?
Les Moonves reportedly is about to launch a $500 million lawsuit against his departed superstar Howard Stern, claiming Stern breached his contract by failing to disclose the details of his new deal with Sirius Satellite Radio while still employed by Infinity.
What a nice round number. I wonder if that number has anything to do with the fact that Stern got a 5-year $500 million deal? The fun of this will be if any interesting details come out of the case in court.
Fear Factor Canceled?
According to gossip, Fear Factor staffers have wrapped this season and moved along to other projects, possibly signaling the end of this NBC show after its 6th season. I can’t say I will miss it. Joe Rogan is cool, but this concept got old after 2-3 seasons. We can always thank the show for grossing us out by making contestants eat blender drinks made out of worms, bugs, chum and other delectable items, though.
Arrested Development Saved?
This is the most popular show that nobody watches. But somehow it will just not go away. Apparently Showtime has picked up the show AND ordered 26 more episodes.
Whew! Now people can NOT watch it on Showtime. Good move.
Drew Lachey?
Drew Lachey won “Dancing With the Stars” according to the news. I did not watch this show, but I am wondering where the Lachey family would be without Reality TV.

Unsubstantiated Gossip on Chris Penn
This is what I just read somewhere. I wonder if it is true?
“A toxicology report has shown late actor Chris Penn was highly intoxicated with a combination of substances including marijuana and morphine at the time of his death last month. The Reservoir Dogs star’s official cause of death was an enlarged heart, which weighed over 1.54 pounds, and would have been exacerbated by the cocktail of drugs in his system. Besides marijuana and morphine, Penn’s system also contained Valium, codeine and an antihistamine. The 40-year-old brother of Sean Penn, weighed over 20 stone (280 pounds) at the time of his death and had a history of drug abuse. He was found dead in his Santa Monica, California, apartment on 24 January.”

You just don’t expect some people to get old. Maybe this is why it is so difficult for women to maintain careers in Hollywood in the times in between being young and sexy (Scarlett Johannson) and when they can start playing grandmothers (Julie Andrews, Judi Dench). Is Hollywood fickle, or is it the audience?

We have emasculated this guy to the point that some people even feel sorry for him. I remember hearing accounts from his guards about him loving Doritos snacks, but he would drench them in water before he ate them. This country’s psyche is so strange sometimes, but isn’t it easy to forget what a freaking animal this guy and his sons were when they ruled Iraq?
