“Hey, Bon Jovi, why don’t you shut the F*** up over there?”
That is hilarious.

Sometimes a gift you decide not to give can be much better than the alternative. It is the gift that keeps not giving, and it is quite possible that everyone prefers it that way. If it is the thought that counts, then sometimes the thought should be enough. So, next time you think of a gift, consider not giving it.
Sony BMG has agreed to pay $10 million to settle a case of bribing radio stations to play their artists. I am thankful that this corruption isn’t being accepted, but I am even happier that the cringe-worthy word “payola” might disappear forever. It is an abomination of a combo word. It makes me cringe the same way when someone says Paparazzi or Photog. Blech.
Colin Farrell is taking action to make sure that a 14 minute sex tape he did with a Playboy model doesn’t see the light of day. He should have taken action in the first place by not filming it.

“The Active Denial System weapon, classified as “less lethal” by the Pentagon, fires a 95GHz microwave beam at rioters to cause heating and intolerable pain in less than five seconds.

I am guessing this has a lot to do with fear of spyware and viruses along with the fear of being prosecuted. I stopped with the peer to peer thing a while ago. I am not perfect because I still download, but I feel ok because I buy whatever I like. It is a justification, but I feel like I am putting money in musicians’ pockets whenever I should.
I will load Vista, and a smile will just appear on my face. Until the first blue screen of death. I am sure any small business with the word Vista in the name is registering a new name right about now.
I have needed laughs for the last couple days, and this link to The Smoking Gun really did it for me today. Check this guy out, who just made it to The Smoking Gun’s Mug Shot hall of fame. Also, at the end of the article they link to other favorites like the guy wearing an “I Love Midget Porn” T-shirt.
Arguing a case for the first Bush administration in 1990, Roberts said Roe v. Wade “was wrongly decided and should be overruled.”
In his 2003 confirmation hearing, however, he told senators he was acting as an advocate for his client, rather than presenting his own positions.
He also told senators Roe was “the settled law of the land” and said “there’s nothing in my personal views that would prevent me from fully and faithfully applying that precedent.”
Hmm… this ought to be interesting.
