Just in case…
you haven’t heard enough about the present administration and the war in Iraq, I give you this. It explains that while there are many things to be critical about in the Bush administration, the claims of them being bold-faced liars is a good amount of hyperbole.
Stuart Taylor Jr. from The National Journal
I like this kind of article. I agree that the Bush administration is less than perfect, but the level of criticism that some people are willing to walk out on their limbs with is really crazy in my opinion. This is all the more reason why we need a third party that will be positioned in between the far right and the far left. I think it really would be the most populous party.

“How far Bush and Cheney have fallen short of reasonably full disclosure is a question on which the independent commission now being formed should provide timely guidance for voters.”
Timely? The commission will be reporting in Spring of 2005, right?
It’ll be timely for voters preparing to vote in municipal and county elections next year.
That’s a good point. I also heard that the results won’t be in, in time for this election. Is this the kind of thing that they won’t be providing intermittent updates on? Do they keep it all under wraps until it is completed? I am sure if Bush has anything to say about it, we won’t hear anything until after the election.
Tony Blair’s “independent council” will be reporting in July. This should be interesting. I am guessing that it will somehow be delayed.
I will take anyone over Bush. I will vote for Jerry Lewis first. Hi, I’m Jared, long time listener, first time voter…. I’ve thought about it.. I have done my research. I read BLOGS for pete’s sake… I am “in the know”. I didn’t like Bush when he lost to Al Gore, but I didn’t vote then cause I really didn’t care. Now however, Bush has demonstrated a systematic series of bad decisions, primarily getting the country into a war it didn’t need to fight. But this is not the only issue. Faith based crap is unacceptable to me. Oh, there’s a bunch of other stuff too. Thumbs down to Bush!
