Looks like Martha might be able to avoid jail time. The fraud charges against Martha Stewart, the most serious of all charges, have been thrown out due to lack of evidence by the prosecution.
The Beautiful Mistake
Tonight I am going to the Grog Shop to go see The Beautiful Mistake tonight. They are playing with Senses Fail and Moneen. I don’t think it is sold out so if you want to come on out and have a beer with me, I will buy the first round. Plus you will get to see an awesome band.

Trent Reznor on his new album “Bleed Through” which will be coming out later this year. There is a lot of bad music out that he needs to be ready to combat.

You need to click this right now. This is by far the funniest thing Deezo has ever posted on his site. You know when you are at a sporting event and some d-bag decides to propose to his girlfriend on the jumbotron? This is what I have always wanted to see.
The Giving Mood
I don’t plan on making this a list of charities, but…
Many people think all rock bands are really rich, especially if they are “big” enough to tour the country. The fact is that a lot of the cost falls on them for touring. The rock band Hey Mercedes have had some horrible luck recently in relation to their vehicle. You can be a beneficiary to ROCK if you just decide to give them a single dollar. Maybe two if you are feeling rich. Unlike “Save Karyn” these guys provide a very valuable service to this country. If you don’t think ROCK is a very valuable service then you might as well move to Cuba.
Walk for Breast Cancer
The Breast Cancer 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. Net proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.
Support the cause and sponsor someone I know. She is up to $970 and is going for $2000. You can give any amount you want. I don’t know anyone who can’t spare at least $5.
No pressure. At least I am not asking you to get off your ass. I know I am not going to. Giving money is an easier alternative!
Deezo’s Wife
Most of the regular visitors here know Deezo Feezo and his off-the-wall comments. If you want to go see the site of the woman who actually puts up with that guy, go to Donna’s Site. It won’t be nearly as controversial as Deezo’s site, but who can compete with that? Go ask her what it’s like to live with Deezo!
Turn off your Brights
I understand that it is 8 am and you might be a little groggy. Maybe the crusties that adorn the corners of your eyes haven’t been a big enough problem yet that you had to remove them. Maybe it has been 11 hours since your last meal and you really need to eat. Trust me. I understand all of these things.
But please, if you have a 1,000-yard stare going on and it is shooting me right between the eyes and I look at you because I think you are staring at me, please don’t smile at me. Just avert your eyes and let me know that you were staring off into space and I happened to get in the way. By smiling, I think maybe you were trying to get my attention by staring at me. That would be disturbing.
Just in case…
you haven’t heard enough about the present administration and the war in Iraq, I give you this. It explains that while there are many things to be critical about in the Bush administration, the claims of them being bold-faced liars is a good amount of hyperbole.

I like this kind of article. I agree that the Bush administration is less than perfect, but the level of criticism that some people are willing to walk out on their limbs with is really crazy in my opinion. This is all the more reason why we need a third party that will be positioned in between the far right and the far left. I think it really would be the most populous party.
