Jen’s Veggie Omelette

This omelette should have been scrumptious, but note the massive amount of grease that just poured out of it and pooled onto the plate. Suffice to say, Jen didn’t eat all that much of it. Thank goodness it was served with wheat toast or Jen would have starved.

Because I don’t know how to be mean sometimes, we still tipped really well. I guess it wasn’t the waitress’s fault anyway.

    Yes, one MORE reason I don’t typically eat omelets. Grease bombs, soy bombs, you name it. Nope, just fling me some eggs benedict, and I’ll pretend that hollandaise is GOOD for me!

    Yours Truly isn’t really known for there health concious offerings…as you can tell by their most noted offering “Not So Frys” which are delicous potato rounds with melted cheese, bacon, and enough sour cream to float a battleship.

    Thank God you had the camera phone to document this!!!! Just think, we may have all gotten away with never seeing Jen’s disgusting grease-lette. :) Thank you.
