<description>Let me re-iterate that I don't have a beef with what the Celts did at all. They have the right to do whatever the hell they want. BUT, as a fan of another team, I still hate them.

And yes, I know they laid down for the Cavs the night before. Still they never had a 19 point lead on the Cavs in that game.

Don't misunderstand. They owe me nothing. But, I get to be as irrational as I want.

Another quick observation. Both those teams had awesome pickups in the middle of the season.

The Cavs got Jiri Welsh. This is why Paxson was fired.

Alright. I might need to bust out something on the Cavs.

		<description>Craig,

Two things. If the Cavs had not laid down the exact same way the night before against the Cavs I could understand your beef with the Celts. They played both games the same way, so it was pretty fair.

Second, if you are the Celts, you defintiely want the Nets in the playoffs cause you hope they at the very least make Shaq play seven games. You will only see the Nets in the Conference Finals so who cares. The last thing you want is the Heat sweeping the Cavs and Shaq resting while Indiana, Boston, Detroit, and Phila knock each other around for a month on the other side of the draw. That is a strong case as to why the Celts would want to lose that game so the Nets get in.

<description>And to say one other thing about the Celtics... I know they had no obligation to play against the Nets. I don't blame them one bit for sitting their guys in the second half.

But I still hate them. I hate them with every bit of my black heart.

Plus, if you were headed to the playoffs, which team would you rather have make it? The revitalized and dangerous NJ Nets, or the Cavs who were really crappy and floundered completely and totally on their way to missing the playoffs?

It would seem to me that nobody would want to face Kidd and Carter, and prefer Robert Traylor and Lucious harris.

Apparently, not the Celtics.

<description>Forget talent. You guys have the greatest names on the Cavs team: Lucious, Desegana, Dajuan, Lebron, and Zydrunas. You should win something for that.

		<description>Craig,

Bringing up the Browns was my attempt, a poor one apparently, to twist the knife further.

But to touch on Vinsanity, the Sports Guy wrote, "Can a guy win Comeback player of the Year for his performance in the same year?"

<description>Some people seem to think Braylon Edwards, but I honestly don't think they can take a receiver that high. I am hoping that he is the smoke-screen so they can take someone else. Phil Savage ran the Baltimore drafts the last few years, so I am hoping for just as good results as they got.

And honestly, I would be twisting the knife if my team knocked yours out. You have to be thrilled that they got Vince Carter out of Canada. I am hoping that the Cavs can put SOMEONE, ANYONE alongside Lebron next year to help him score some points.

I hope Lucious Harris is gone. I hope Desegana Diop is gone. I hope Dajuan Wagner is gone because he can't stay healthy. I am tired of wasted roster spots on this team. We have no good role players and it shows in the team's depth. This is why Lebron can score 35-50 a night and have the team still lose games.

<description>whether you lose in the first round or we lose in the first round. Eh. We obviously didn't have the team to make it to the second round.

And so goes the rationalizations of a Cleveland Sports Fans.

<description>Two observations make your plan extremely flawed.

1) For the 1 in 80,000,000 shot you have of winning, you would have to worry about your coworkers offing you if you pulled a stunt like that

2) For the other 79,999,999 combos you have just wasted double the money of everyone else.

Good thinking!

Chris D.

PS. Craig, why havent we had a bitch-fest on how Lebron and Co. had one of the worst collapses in NBA history for the second straight year, to none other then the amazing NEW JERSEY NETS!

<description>A plan to systematically kill all the people you work with would have been way cooler.
